First - kudos to anyone who goes to a gym to improve their health! That being said - things that get on my nerves:
- Waiting for a piece of equipment while someone is sitting on it and messing with their phone!!!
- Treating the equipment with zero regard! Just because its metal doesnt mean it wont break if you treat it carelessly!
- Ego lifting!!! Strip that weight and lift it safely and with proper ROM!
- Talking to me to ask how many sets I have left while I am in MID LIFT!!!
